Support centres for foreigners — legal, integration and housing help, with offices in several cities.
Human rights organisation running a legal aid programme, including strategic cases against public authorities.
The state ombudsman. Accepts complaints about any public authority, from anyone in Poland — including foreigners. Free, and not dependent on any grant.
The statutory free legal aid scheme. Every district runs advice points; you book a visit and it covers most areas of law.
Independent organisations — a pointer, not a referral we can follow up. The statutory ones do not disappear with a grant cycle.
