What you get

Warszawa, 16 sierpnia 2026 r.

za pośrednictwem Wojewody Mazowieckiego

Znak sprawy: WSC‑I.5410.1234.2025.AB

PONAGLENIE

na bezczynność oraz przewlekłe prowadzenie postępowania

Na podstawie art. 37 § 1 pkt 1 i 2 ustawy – Kodeks postępowania administracyjnego (Dz.U. z 2025 r. poz. 1691), dalej: „k.p.a.”, wnoszę ponaglenie w sprawie o powyższym znaku.

Wniosek o udzielenie zezwolenia na pobyt czasowy złożono 12 maja 2025 r. Zgodnie z art. 112a ust. 1 ustawy o cudzoziemcach decyzję wydaje się w terminie 60 dni. Do dnia sporządzenia pisma decyzja nie została wydana.

This one is about an office that went quiet, so it cites art. 37 k.p.a. Yours will cite whatever fits your situation — a right to appeal, a complaint procedure, a limit they have run past.

What we can write about

Is your problem one of these?

Pick the closest one and we will start there. Nothing on this list needs a lawyer to begin.

Not on the list? Describe it anyway. If we cannot write it we will say so straight away, and point you to someone who can.

How it works

  1. 1Say what happened — type it or say it out loud, in any language.
  2. 2We work out which office has to answer, and what the law requires of them.
  3. 3A few details, then we write the letter in Polish.
  4. 4Download it, sign it, send it. Nothing is filed without you.

Read the step-by-step guide, including how to send the letter.

The reading and the drafting are done by an AI — that is how this can be free. It sees the text you write; we keep no copy of it. Nothing reaches the office unless you send it yourself. What we do with your data

What we don’t do

  • We don’t file it for you

You sign and send it yourself. That keeps the case in your name, and the timing in your hands.

  • We’re not your lawyer

This is information grounded in law that is in force, not legal advice. If you need advice, we will point you to free legal help near you.

  • We keep nothing you write

No account, no history. Close the page and it is gone.

Questions

Is it free?
Yes. No payment and no account. The project is funded by the European Union.
Which languages?
You can describe your problem in any language, typed or spoken. The site itself is in Ukrainian, Belarusian, Polish and English. The letter is always in Polish, because the office reads Polish.
What letters can it write?
Letters to public offices: when a case takes too long, when you disagree with a decision, when an office handled something badly, when you want an office to act or to give you information. Also residence permits (a delay, an appeal, a travel document), labour law, ZUS and tax. And letters to the other side: a landlord who won't repair something, someone who owes you money, a shop that won't accept a complaint, a return of something bought online.
Is this legal advice?
No. The letter rests on Polish law in force, but it is not advice. If your case is in court, you were told to leave Poland, or a deadline has passed, talk to a person first. We point you to free legal help.
Do you send the letter for me?
No. You download it, sign it and send it yourself, by e-Doręczenia, post or in person. That keeps the case in your name. If you believed we had filed it and we had not, you could miss a deadline.
What happens to what I write?
We keep nothing you write. Your description, your recording and the letter exist only while the page is open. We keep only monthly counts, with no content and no dates, to report how many people the project helped. But to read your problem and write the letter, the text is sent to Google's AI and processed under Google's terms.
Is it safe if I'm worried about my data?
We ask nothing about who you are, and you need no account. Your IP address is used to stop abuse and, through the country it comes from, to pick the page's language. It is never stored with your letter. Still, Google's AI sees the text, so write only what the letter needs, and leave out anything you would not want anyone else to see.
What if my problem isn't on the list?
The site says so plainly instead of guessing, and points you to free legal help and organisations that can help.
Can I email it to the office?
Not a formal letter to an office: by law, the office leaves one sent by email unexamined (art. 63 § 1 k.p.a.). Use e-Doręczenia, the registry desk, or registered post, and keep the proof. Not ePUAP: since 1 January 2026, a letter sent through it no longer counts as delivered. A letter to a person, such as a landlord, can go by email.
Where do I take it in person?
To the office's registry desk (kancelaria), at the address on the letter. Bring two copies and ask for a dated stamp on yours.
How long do I have?
Count from the day the decision reached you, not the date printed on it. How many days you have is written at the end of the decision (the pouczenie): often 14, but only 7 for a return decision. If the deadline is close, talk to a person first: the site lists free legal help.
Who made it?
It is built within the 2026 Eastern Partnership Civil Society Fellowship, funded by the European Union. The privacy page names who runs it.

Who makes it, and how we check the law

Respubliko is a free tool, built within the 2026 Eastern Partnership Civil Society Fellowship and funded by the European Union. When a letter cites the law, it cites only Polish law in force, read from the official texts the Sejm publishes and checked every night for changes. It is not legal advice, and we never send anything for you.
